What you bring in
This is a venue-only rental. You choose your own vendors, which keeps the price low and gives you full
control. You'll need to arrange:
- Tables, chairs, and linens
- Catering and bar
- Sound, lighting, and décor
- Portable restrooms for larger groups (the house has three bathrooms)
- Your officiant, photographer, and florist
Escalante is remote, so plan for rental delivery. The vendors below already know the property and
deliver here. To estimate your total, open the wedding pricing tool at the bottom of this page; it's a
worksheet that adds up the venue, lodging, and typical vendor costs for your guest count.
